We strive to provide the best products and we want our customers to be 100% happy. If you're not happy then we're not happy. If for any reason you would like to return an item, then anytime within 30 days of receipt of your item, you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping charges) or feel free to exchange it for a different item. We will accept returns of un-opened items for up to 30 days from the purchase date. We cannot accept returns for goods that have been opened or products that have broken seals.
Important notes about Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping charges of the item you are returning or exchanging. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with an exchange. If the item is returned unopened and in "as-new" condition, a refund for the full purchase price (minus shipping) will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. If the item returned was opened or is unable to be resold, then it will be returned to the customer without refund.
You have to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before you send your return back to us. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the RMA number. Use our contact form or call us at 1-800-750-3020 to obtain the RMA number.
Make sure to include a copy of the invoice, reason for the return, and the RMA number. Please write the RMA # on the outside of the box as well. Send your return to:
